Shipping

How much does delivery cost?


Delivery charges are outlined with the products, with a discounted charge where multiple purchases are combined with the same order. Delivery charges vary depending upon country of destination and are outlined along with the individual products. You will see the total delivery charge applicable to your order before you complete the check out process.


How long does delivery take?


Orders placed before 4:00pm are despatched next business day, Monday to Friday. Delivery within the UK is within 5 working days of placing your order. Delivery to other countries is as follows;

  • Ireland – 8 Working Days
  • Europe (Excluding UK and Republic of Ireland) – 10 Working Days
  • USA/Canada – 15 Working Days
  • Other Countries – 20 Working Days


How is my order delivered?


In the UK your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.


Do you offer next day delivery?


We don’t offer next day delivery at the moment, however we are considering this. When we will be able to be in a position to offer next day delivery, it will be for UK mainland addresses only and will be listed as a separate charge which you may select in the product section.


What are the cut-off dates for delivery in time for Christmas 2013?


The final dates for Christmas delivery on 2013 are as follows;

  • UK Standard Delivery – 16th December 2013
  • Europe – 9th December 2013
  • Other Countries – 2nd December 2013


What happens if my parcel is held by customs?


Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays owing to customs in various countries. Furthermore, you will be liable for all taxes, duties or other charges levied by authorities relating to the import of your goods.


How do you handle returns?

In the unfortunate event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us for an RMA (Returns Material Authorization) number to facilitate the return of your product. Please bear in mind that we cannot facilitate any return involving ear rings for hygiene reasons, unless the product was deemed faulty.
